I have been using my Wetronome for two years now for kayaking and it is great. I am up from a stroke rate of 65 to 78 and an increase in speed from 8.6kph to 10.8... It is a great tool especially for the long distance races, keeps the cadence up and therefore the speed... Thanks for a great product.
